Drivers Direct Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced 3.5t van driver looking for permanent work on behalf of our client to join their team in YORK, Hours of work: Monday to Friday Days Morning starts Pay rate and hours: £14.04 p/h plus £1.70 p/h holiday pay = £15.75 p/h inclusive of holiday pay Minimum pay 8 hours per shift whilst working for the agency Role / Duties/Responsibilities: Parcel Multi drop work Minimum of 40 deliveries each day Applicant must have van and delivery experience. Manual handling will be required Follow, promote and communicate the use of safe working practices in line with all relevant Health and Safety Legislation and Company's procedures. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures. To work in a safe and professional manner. To complete all work related paperwork in full and hand in at the end of the shift if require. Essential Skills / Requirements Applicants must be able to provide last 5 years of working history for references Applicant must be able to provide last 5 years of address history All applicants will be DBS Check Be able to work on own initiative Good communication skills.
